  3. Approval Process: Before production begins, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the design mock-ups. This step is crucial to ensure that all details meet your expectations.

  4. Final Product Photos: Upon completion of your order, we will send you photos of the final product. This allows you to see the finished item before it is shipped to you.

  5. Quality Assurance: Our team takes great care to ensure the highest quality in every product we create. If you have any concerns about the quality or accuracy of the item you received, please contact our customer support team immediately.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier or, in certain cases, providing a replacement.
