Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order for a bespoke item. By proceeding with the order, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms:

Bespoke Item: 1.1 The item you are ordering is a custom-made bespoke item specifically tailored to your requirements. 1.2 Due to the unique nature of the item, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange once the order is placed. 1.3 This policy applies regardless of the reason for requesting a refund, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the item or change of mind.

Order Process: 2.1 The order process will involve discussions, consultations, and agreement on the design, materials, specifications, and any other relevant details of the bespoke item. 2.2 It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding your requirements during the order process. 2.3 Any changes or modifications requested after the order is placed may incur additional charges and may impact the delivery timeline.

Payment and Pricing: 3.1 The price for the bespoke item will be communicated to you during the order process. 3.2 A deposit or full payment may be required before work on the item commences. 3.3 All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and schedule.

Delivery or Collection: 4.1 The estimated delivery or collection date will be communicated to you during the order process. 4.2 Any delays in the delivery or collection date due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to you as soon as possible. 4.3 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery or collection information.

Item Acceptance and Inspection: 5.1 Upon delivery or collection, it is your responsibility to inspect the item for any defects, damage, or deviations from the agreed-upon specifications. 5.2 Any issues or concerns regarding the item must be reported to us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery or collection.

Intellectual Property: 6.1 We retain all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, in the design and creation of the bespoke item. 6.2 You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use the design or any part of the bespoke item for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability: 7.1 In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of the bespoke item. 7.2 We shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by you as a result of your purchase or use of the bespoke item.
IMPORT & EXPORT FEES
Plaque Awards is not responsible for any import or export fees associated with the purchase of our products. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that any applicable import or export fees, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the authorities in the destination country, are solely the responsibility of the customer.
It is the customer's obligation to be aware of and comply with any import or export regulations and requirements of their respective country. Plaque Awards shall not be held liable for any costs, penalties, or delays incurred due to non-compliance with such regulations or the assessment of import or export fees.
By proceeding with the purchase, the customer confirms their understanding and acceptance that any import or export fees are separate from the product cost, and Plaque Awards shall not be responsible for facilitating or covering any such fees.
